To make a booking with our safari company, you must provide us with your full names, contact details, and the details of your safari itinerary. We will then send you a quote and booking confirmation via email.

• All our safari packages are based on two people, safari price per person for 3 people shall be 6% less than the the price per person for 2 people.
• Safari price per person for 5 people shall be 3% less than the price per person for 4 people.
• Solo traveller price, add 50% to per person price based on 2 people.
• Children below 3 years Free.
• Children between 3-12 years 75% of Adult rate.
• Children above 12 years and below 18 years $35% discount.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your safari is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of your safari. If your booking is made within 30 days of the start of your safari, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit card or wire transfer. There is a 3% credit card surcharge. Cancellations and Refunds.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 120 days prior to start of tour. $300 per person administration fee
• 120 – 60 days prior to start of tour. 20% of total amount paid
• 59 – 30 days prior to start of tour. 50% of total amount paid
• 29 days or less prior to start of tour. 100% of total amount paid

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our safari company is registered.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your safari, we will offer you an alternative safari of equal or greater value. If this is not acceptable, we will refund all monies paid by you.

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas or travel documents.
• Comply with any health requirements or recommendations.
• Follow any instructions given to you by our safari guides or staff.
• Respect the environment and wildlife.

Our safari company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your belongings during your safari. We strongly recommend that you take a short term traveler’s insurance policy to cover any eventualities.
