Tour Overview

Day 01

Nairobi - Maasai Mara

Pick up from your hotel, residential or airport. By 08:30am and depart from Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve with the first stop at the view of the escarpment wall. Later descend the escarpment and travel on to Narok town for early lunch, you will arrive at around 1500hrs, check in to the camp then followed by evening game drive till dusk.

Day 02

Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full day game drive by 8 AM. The 1510 Km Sq park is home to the famous Big 5 (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino), wildebeest, giraffe, hippo and outrageous crocodiles near the Mara river. The abundant resident population of zebras, impalas, gazelles, ostrich and topi attract numerous predators creating an exciting game viewing experience. Your picnic lunch will be done inside the park.

Day 03

Masaai Mara - Lake Nakuru

Early morning pre game drive from 0630am to 0930am, back to the camp for full breakfast. Check out and leave Maasai Mara for Lake Nakuru with lunch enrourte, the drive from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru is about a 5 hrs drive, View of Mount Longonot, you will arrive Nakuru Town in the evening and check in at City Max Hotel

Day 04

Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

Breakfast at the hotel, drive to Lake Nakuru which is famous for flamingoes and the endangered species like Rhinos. Sometime the flamingos are very few but you are guaranteed of seeing the Rhinos among other Big Five. Lake Nakuru National Park is not so big and within 4 hours you will have seen enough. Later leave the park after having our picnic lunch to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival drop off at Hotel Chambai, evening spend at Leisure or we can do a boat ride at an extra cost $50.

Day 05

Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

After breakfast at the hotel drive to Hell’s gate for a game drive. Here is the only place one can walk inside the park as their no predators. You will decide if to do the game drive with the safari vehicle or hire Bicycle to cycle the 11 kms down to gorge. At the gorge you will get a guide so that he can guide you and share information about the rock layers. Late drive/cycle back to the gate, leave Naivasha with lunch enroute back to Nairobi. Drop off at Nairobi Hotel or be transferred to airport to catch a flight home/other Destination.
